Welcome to Metabolic Regen (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our online course platform (“the School”) and any content, functionality, and services provided therein. By accessing the School, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the School.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on another server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Metabolic Regen at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

All content provided on the School, including but not limited to course materials, video content, written guides, graphics, and logos, is the property of Metabolic Regen and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or duplication of any content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the School for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any conduct that may harm the School, other users, or the educational integrity of Metabolic Regen. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing login credentials, distributing course materials, or misrepresenting your identity.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on the School’s website are provided “as is”. Metabolic Regen makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Metabolic Regen does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or results of the use of materials on the website or linked sites.

5. Health Disclaimer

All content on the School is for educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. No course, material, or communication should be construed as a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new health protocol.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Metabolic Regen be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use materials on the School, even if notified of the possibility of such damages. Jurisdictional laws may affect this limitation.

7. Revisions and Errata

Materials on the School may contain technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Metabolic Regen does not warrant that materials are current or error-free and reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice.

The School may include links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. Metabolic Regen is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked sites.

9. Refund Policy for On-Demand Courses

We strive to provide exceptional learning experiences through our On-Demand Courses. Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase
  • You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
  • No course materials have been downloaded

Refunds are not granted if more than 20% of the course has been viewed or any content has been downloaded. Promotional or discounted course purchases are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your full name, purchase email, order number, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

10. Account Termination

Metabolic Regen reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the School without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any conduct that harms the experience or security of the platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the School after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. Please review this page regularly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
